MI6 has intercepted chatter of a new weapon—Project BLACK CYPHER—a prototype energy disruptor capable of paralyzing entire cities. Both agencies are now mobilizing their best operatives (you) to either locate and destroy the device (MI6) or assemble and activate it (SPECTRE) before time runs out.
